Why do I make it so easy? Because health matters, and it shouldn’t be complicated.
You might be wondering what resources I’ll be providing. Well, I’m so glad you asked. I’m providing an overall resource on health and wellness, steered by the wants and desires of my readers—that’s you!
The body is the home for the soul. Just like our physical dwelling, it needs maintenance. Here we’ll cover all topics related to body maintenance, the good, the bad, and the ugly. You might be surprised at what you’ll learn.
Food glorious food. We all need it, and I love to eat. I like to eat things that are good for my body. I have a couple of crazy kids, girls, that have been the cause of my study of how bad food acts in a body. Our food journey has taught me more than I ever wanted to know. Food, dyes, sugar, all reek havoc on their little bodies, and our home life. And, you don’t really think the government is killing us with what it allows in food; do you? “The FDA is Killing Us,” is a post that readers still resonate with. I am glad to hear what you think about food, and we’ll discover it together.
There’s a fun little piece about discovering blogging as a profession, but this tab is really for a specific niche. Currently it holds content about the health of certain professions on social media. You name it, and we’ll make it inclusive of anything you want it to be, professionally speaking, of course.
If you haven’t noticed yet, I tend to keep things really real. I don’t like to hide behind my masks, and much of my voice in my writing is authentic. Relationships need to be healthy. If relationships get messy, then health and wellness tend to get messy too. Let’s talk about it, whatever is in relationships causing them to get in the way of wellness. Let’s also fix it. If we can talk about it we can fix it, and improve our relationships along the way.
I tend not to get too spiritual on here, but sometimes I can’t help myself. There is a spiritual component to who I am. Moreover, spiritual is part of the total health and wellness package. If the Spirit moves you to comment about a topic you’d like to discover then let’s do it.
Have you ever had an off beat day? No? Come on, I thought we were being real here. I think we all have off beat days once in a while. I have off beat days more than I care to admit, and they aren’t all blog worthy, but sometimes they are. That is when I get the chance to stick my hand out, say, “How do you do?,” and share a little more of my personality. It helps you get to know me better. After all, much of our relationship here is electronic, so you probably want to know a little more about the person sharing these resources with you. If my topic writing isn’t real enough for you, then this is where I share a little piece of my heart. If I wear a mask this is the place to do it. You’d be surprised at how many of my musings are more like an autobiography.
